3D configurator
Doors, windows, lean-tos, eavestrough, overhang, soffit — placed on the building and visible, not buried in a cell.
Product · Post-frame construction
A quoting portal for post-frame sales teams: building details in a form, the whole structure in 3D, a priced bill of materials, and a contract the client can sign on the screen.
Doors, windows, lean-tos, eavestrough, overhang, soffit — placed on the building and visible, not buried in a cell.
Takeoff from the configured building. Material costs, then markup. The quote is the bill of materials, not a round number from last year.
Save it, send it, move it through the CRM. The client signs on screen. Sales does not re-key the deal into a second system.
Shipped for Integrity Post Structures and AB Buildings. Prairie Post Frame is the current build. A multi-tenant SaaS version follows.
Where it is
TimberLogic started as a purpose-built portal: salespeople log in, configure a building, and walk out with a quote they can stand behind. Each deployment is fitted to that manufacturer’s materials, costs, and process.
There is no product site yet. If you run post-frame sales and the spreadsheet is the bottleneck, this is the conversation — either a dedicated portal like the ones already in use, or a place on the SaaS when it opens.
